After completing the Pondside Lodge they decided to spend the extra time they had during the summer to build a new kit. This kit takes on cottage style undertones in a rustic fashion. This kit has elegant half dovetail notches, with a tounge and groove, post and beam pourch that spands the whole thing. This kits avaiable for purchase as a DIY kit or as a ready to be moved and rebuilt by Hemlock-N-Load.
