When advertising the Riverside Retreat, they finally got a customer out of North Carolina that just bought property in their local town. He wanted a fully custom kit, but it was August of 2023 and there as little time to be had that year. So after getting the initial downpayment, Jonathan and Ronan started sawing and building the kit they custom designed using 3D software. After 5 months they finally got the kit delivered and put back up in the spring of 2024. This was the first customer they had and it solidified what they already knew, this was their passion.
